Jake Tinsley, a Fort Worth, Texas-based writer and comics fan trying his hand at the craft he loves.

 

 Jake Tinsley said his main reason for wanting to write his own comics is that there aren’t enough adventures out there featuring good kid heroes. So he decided to create a few of his own.

 

He loves to read — he slogged through George Orwell’s Animal Farm in a matter of hours one rainy afternoon -- and is an avid Harry Potter fan.
